A PAUSE FOR BREATH …

… because several of my projects are at that stage when the next step is imminent but a little more information needs to be known.  For example, the orchestral forces for DRUMMER BOY will be confirmed in the new year, and then the orchestral score can be begun.

By the way, one of the songs (FOREST OF DREAMS) from a very recent new show co-written by Megg Nicol and me (of which, more anon) was a finalist at the Iris Theatre’s ‘Xmas Factor’ concert on Friday.  Though work in progress, it was great to be chosen for the event and encouraging to hear the song performed in front of an audience, confirming that it did have the magical qualities we had hoped for.
