AND OH …

… when it isn’t flowing, or perhaps it is, but perhaps it’s all wrong. There’s something there, yes, but all the confidence that you can find it has evaporated.  And this is so even though it’s the same every time you work, and you know that it will usually be OK in the end.  Well, probably.  And everything in the world is better than this, except – of course – not having the chance to work through it.  Anyway, there’s always the option of throwing it all away and starting again.  But that’s a very high mountain.

Still, the show itself is piecing itself together nicely.  Just a pity about the songs.  Though there are some good ideas there somewhere, I’m sure …
